Shipping Policy

UPS Next Day Air: Orders received by 10 am PST will go out the same day on during business days. So the next day air is the next business day. Example: If the item is picked up on Tuesday it will be delivered on Wednesday with next day air. If the order is received on Friday before 10 am PST Fed ex will deliver to you on Monday. If the order is not received until after 10 am the first business day of shipping over night will be calculated starting Monday.

UPS 2nd Day Air: Orders received by 10 am PST will go out the same day during business days. If the order is received after 10 PST am it will not go out until the next business day. Example: if pick up on Tuesday it will be delivered on Thursday, and if the order is picked up on Thursday it will not be delivered until Monday)

UPS 3-Day Air: Orders received by 10 am PST will go out the same day during business days. But if the order is received after 10 am it will not go out until the next business day. (Example: if pick up on Tuesday it will be delivered on Friday, this is if the order is received by 10 PST am. If it is after 10 am PST the first business day will Wednesday and the package will be delivered on Monday.

UPS Ground: We make every effort to ship the same day.

During the holidays, please remember to order early to ensure the fastest delivery possible. Take into account that shipping or business days exclude weekends and/or holidays.


Shipping Policies:

Email or call us with any questions before placing your order. Please allow up to 7 business days before receiving an order on ground shipping during busy times. All claims for credit, shortages, damages, and/or shipping damages must be placed within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. For an exchange, the product must be brand new and unused. The customer is responsible for round-trip expenses. The shipping costs of any returns or exchanges remain the responsibility of the customer, unless the merchandise is being returned because we incorrectly filled the order and/or the merchandise is defective. We charge a 20% restocking fee and/or shipping costs on items that you just do not want after placing an order or after receiving the shipment. All returned merchandise must be received by Flying Cloud Gifts in brand new and unused condition, unless the merchandise is found to be defective. Email or call for instructions prior to an exchange or return. This ensures that our website pays the bills and stays online for future generations.
